Paul runs the client-facing functions for the business. As an experienced coach, Paul has an excellent understanding of how to best motivate individual participants, supporting them to apply the techniques learned. As a training facilitator, Paul has delivered more than 500 successful sales courses.

His background and skill set are highly valued by clients in the insurance, financial and business and professional services industries due to the wealth of experience and real-life application Paul brings to his coaching and training.

Before becoming a full-time coach and training facilitator in 2004, Paul had a 27-year career in sales and sales leadership, predominantly in the insurance and financial services industries. His career culminated in recruiting and leading a successful global sales team across 72 countries for a MetLife-AXA joint venture.

Paul holds an MBA from Canterbury Business School at the University of Kent. He is a former captain of Wasps “B” XV rugby team and a keen adventure motorcyclist. Paul maintains a healthy work/life balance between meeting the high commitment levels required to exceed his clients’ expectations and enjoying long-distance motorcycle travel adventures. Paul lived in Paris for seven years and is conversant in French but now lives with his wife in a picturesque village in rural Kent, thirty minutes by train from London.

Dee takes responsibility for the financial administration and general running of the company. She has a background in education and learning management.

With a Honours degree in Humanities and a Masters degree in Classical Studies, Dee was a perfect fit for her previous role at the Roman Museum in Canterbury, where she brought the museum and its collection to life for visitors and school groups.

Dee has also run the Learning Centre and associated computing facilities at West Kent College and more recently, was a member of the front-line library and information services team at both Kingston University and the University of East London, ensuring library users a positive experience whatever their research needs.

Dee has taken part in archaeological digs, including Pompeii, and given papers at symposiums on the reception of Classical Greek Drama, but her true love has always been travel photography. After visiting Cambodia recently, she set up her own photography website deetouring.com and is now planning more adventures.
